With an experience of nearly 4 decades in the real estate business, he has already successfully completed many residential and commercial projects and has also developed the popular New Pink City or Vidhyadhar Nagar in Jaipur. In the process, Dr. Sethia has shown the way to many budding entrepreneurs in the construction business to walk into his pastures. Vardhman Group of Builders is now the other name for success. Dr. Sethia is Ex. General Secretary of Central Spine Builders Association and a member of CREDAI, Rajasthan. He is presently heading RAHDA (Rajasthan Affordable Housing Developers Association) as PATRON. He is not only pioneer person in Builders and Developers segment but also in the field of Education. Continuing on the path of his father, Late Dr. Mool Chand Sethia, a well-known literary figure, writer, philosopher and speaker, he took the journey to enlightenment further. With a vision to transform the educational landscape and to make quality education available for one and all, Vardhman Group is glad and honoured to announce the beginning of a new era in School Education at Vardhman International School. He has rich experience of more than 15 years in education, training and administration. He is the Chairperson of two Schools and two B. Ed. Colleges. For his achievements in the field of Education, he has been awarded the Leading Role in Academic Shaping from the International School Awards in Dubai in 2019.
